On Saturday, February 21 I’ll be teaching a 3 hour class on Variables and Expressions in Houdini, out of the Side Effects Software Inc. building in Santa Monica. I find it disappointing whenever we get new interns and they are afraid of the “technical stuff,” but it usually doesn’t take much before they understand that expressions are really not that bad. Expressions shouldn’t be frightening, and they aren’t that technical. The truth of the matter is, nine in ten dentists recommend the use of expressions. They’re an essential part of a complete breakfast!
